All items must be paid in full before shipment of product.  We accept credit cards, PayPal and money orders/cashier checks only.  Shipment takes place 1-3 days after receipt of payment.  We do accept returns, but the following applies:

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and mailed within 2 days after receiving the product, or credit cannot be given.  Personalized items cannot be returned.  Credit will be given only toward the cost of the product.
